The ICC has provided a reserve day to make up for any lost playing time. This extra day will only come into play if overs are lost across the scheduled five days. If the rain distrup the proceedings on Day 2 or Day 3, the match could extend to sixth day. However, if the final still ends without a result even after the reserve day, Australia and South Africa will share the trophy.
