Pakistan fast bowler Naseem Shah performed Cristiano Ronaldo’s Siu celebration in the training season ahead of the two-match Test series against Bangladesh. The first test will start on August 21, and Rawalpindi will host both games.
Pakistan are sixth in the World Test Championship (WTC) points table. The series against Bangladesh is crucial for them to keep their hopes of making the WTC 2025 final alive.
The players are training hard to get ready for the five-day matches after playing a lot of white-ball cricket. One of the fans (Bisma) shared a video of the players’ hard work and Naseem Shah’s Siu celebration.

Naseem had earlier urged the PCB to provide translators for the team, as it is tough for the players to communicate with the overseas coaches. Gary Kirsten is Pakistan’s white-ball coach, while Jason Gillespie is responsible for the team in red-ball cricket.
“There is a language problem with the overseas coaches. We need someone to translate for us. It is easier to speak to the coaches in your own language,” he had said.
Naseem spoke about Pakistan’s below-par performance in international cricket.
“We haven’t done well, and fans are right in criticizing us. The series against Bangladesh is a good opportunity for us to bounce back.”
