Nykaa reported consolidated revenue growth of 23% to ₹2,155 crore in Q1 FY26.

Nykaa shares closed 5.15 per cent higher at ₹215.18 on the NSE Wednesday, marking its biggest single-day gain in recent weeks as investors reacted positively to the company’s strong first quarter results announced Tuesday.
The stock opened at ₹215 and touched an intraday high of ₹220.77, with heavy trading volumes of 452.78 lakh shares worth ₹976.51 crore. The surge came despite the stock missing consensus estimates, with net profit of ₹23.3 crore falling short of analyst expectations.
Multiple brokerages maintained their positive outlook on the beauty and fashion e-commerce platform. Morgan Stanley retained its Overweight rating with a target price of ₹225, while Nuvama maintained Buy with a ₹235 target. Nomura also kept its Buy recommendation with a ₹223 target price.
JM Financial was particularly bullish, reiterating its Buy rating with the highest target price of ₹260. The brokerage highlighted Nykaa’s sustained growth momentum and improving margins, noting the fashion segment’s substantial improvement with EBITDA margin expanding 300 basis points year-on-year.

EBITDA margins expanded to 6.5 per cent from 5.5 per cent in the previous year, while net profit surged 79 per cent year-on-year, demonstrating the company’s focus on profitable growth amid competitive market conditions.
