Gujarat Titans captain Shubman Gill has won the toss and elected to bowl first against the Lucknow Super Giants in the Indian Premier League 2025. “The wicket looks good for batting. It will be better to chase over here. The two remaining matches are important as you want momentum in the qualifiers. Sai Sudharsan and I like to see the ball before hitting shots,” Shubman Gill said.
Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) skipper Rishabh Pant would have bowled first as well. “We would have bowled first. It is challenging to motivate players as we have been eliminated from the playoff race. We will be playing for pride and give our best. As a team, we are trying a few more options to win the remaining matches. We will have to keep the next season in mind,” Rishabh Pant said.
